Talent Acquisitions,LLC is considered to be a "full service" staffing firm, specializing in the placement of office related and IT/Technical positions, with never a fee to the candidate.Direct Hire Placement full time placement of a Talent Acquisitions, LLC candidate who is hired directly on the client company payroll. A service charge for this type of placement is assumed by the client company.
Opportunity Placement placement of a Talent Acquisitions, LLC candidate at a client company, where the candidate remains on Talent Acquisitions, LLC payroll for a minimum of 480 hours. At any time after completion of the 480-hour liquidation period, the candidate may go directly on to the client payroll, without any additional charge to the client company.
Substitute Placement placement of a Talent Acquisitions,LLC candidate who remains on our payroll at a client company, working as a temporary employee for a specific period of time.
